Limited Warranty
XSTO Co.,Ltd warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the XSTO product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.
This warranty statement sets forth XSTO's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for XSTO products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
Exchange
XSTO will replace (at XSTO's expense) any XSTO's product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on XSTO's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Exclusions
XSTO's warranty does not apply to:
·Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in XSTO's current product literature.
·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
·Any product purchased through an online auction house.
·XSTO's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery pack is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

Return
All returns must be made within fifteen - thirty days of purchase (depending on item) from the date it was delivered to you. You must return your purchase with its original packaging and in unused and resalable condition within 15 - 30 days (depending on item) and you will be eligible for a refund, minus any restocking fees and shipping and handling charges (depending on the manufacturer, restocking fees are between 20% and 35%).
Please note restocking fees are based on regular price, if your order had specific discounts the restock fee would still be off the regular price.
Please Note, that although we offer Free Shipping on many products, in the event that you return it you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred. You will also have to pay for shipping the products back to the warehouse.
You must contact us prior to shipping back a return because we will need to supply you with a special return address. Do not ship back any returns to the originating address where the product came from.
Please note that powered equipment, and custom or built to order items are not eligible for refunds. As some of the products we sell are always built to order, you will probably want to verify before ordering a product whether or not that is the case. Clearance items as well as scratch and dent specials are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Products priced at under $50 are also not eligible for refunds as the cost of deducting shipping (both ways) and restock fees will usually remain with a 0 or negative balance.
For cancelled orders where order has not gone into production yet: We will refund the full charge minus 3% credit card processing fees (the same applies for Paypal and Amazon Pay). Our credit card processor charges us the the 3% fee even if we refund it (as most credit card processors do). Once an item has gone into production or can not be called back due to shipping procedures standard restock fees will apply (as well as return exceptions noted above).
It is crucial to us that you are satisfied with every interaction you have with us—not just your purchase, but also the return process should you need to use it. Please call us prior to returning an item, so that your return will receive the correct exchange or credit.
